Technology transfer is one of the main objectives of the Basque IRC, and this consists of providing both demand for and supply of technology in the Basque Country
THE IRC NETWORK:
This is a group of centres created in order to ease innovative technology transfer between the various European research companies or departments. In terms of its value as a provider of incentives for innovation, the IRC network has become a European leader in the promotion of technological associations, and arranges technology transfer mainly between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
