To achieve a comprehensive offer of technology to a high degree of excellence by means of specialisation and co-operation between the agents of the Basque Technology Network to fulfil the requirements of current demands for technology.

Courses of action:
- Returnable advance payments of up to 20% of the investment.
- AFI credits of up to 50% of the investment eligible for subsidy.
